Quantum jumping two cup method
In this method, we use two cups – one representing current reality and another desired reality.
Things you need:
- 2 empty cups
- Water
- Labels or stickers
- Pen
Step 1: Stick the labels on the two cups and write “current reality” on one and “desired reality” on the other. You can elaborate on these labels if you want to. For current reality, you can add “single and feeling low” or “broke and struggling to pay bills”. For desired reality, you can write “love, romance, and relationship” or “money, wealth, and abundance”.
Step 2: Fill one cup with water.
Step 3: Choose a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
Step 4: Sit with the two cups before you. Do a 5-10 minute short meditation to help you focus on the task at hand.
Step 5: Firstly, absorb how you are feeling currently. Think about your present situation.
Step 6: Then, shift your focus to the goal. Visualize how you want to feel. Dwell on your desired situation.
Step 7: While holding on to the positive thoughts connected to the desired situation, pour water from the “current reality” cup to the “desired reality” cup. During this step, completely immerse yourself in the positive thoughts, feelings, and emotions linked to your desire. Use all your senses to help you with this. You can imagine extra sensory effects like bright light, sparkles, or twinkling stars in the water as it flows from one cup to the other.
Step 8: Again, do a short meditation to anchor your mind onto the desired reality. Tune in to the positive vibes linked to your desire and allow your mind to be there.
Step 9: As you hold on to the positive emotions, drink the water. Allow excitement and joy to fill your mind.
Step 10: Get rid of the “current reality” cup and retain the “desired reality” cup. You can just destroy the label as well.
Step 11: Live in your desired reality. Now that you have shifted your mindset from current reality to desired reality, you need to live there to get the results. Live as if you have reached the goal.
There is another version of the two-cup method if you feel your current reality is too tainted that it may color your desired reality. In this alternate method, you fill both glasses with water and follow all the steps described above.
You don’t pour water from one cup to another. Instead drink water from the “desired reality” cup and pour water from the “current reality” cup down the drain.
Before you go ahead with this manifestation ritual, ensure that you are in the right frame of mind. If not, postpone the ritual to another time or day.
Quantum jumping meditation
The mental preparation is the same as above for this manifestation meditation.
Step 1: Lie down or sit in a comfortable position.
Step 2: Take a few deep breaths and relax your body. You can use the body scan method for this.
Step 3: Close your eyes and visualize a window right in front of you. Imagine that bright light is pouring in through this window.
Step 4: Visualize yourself getting closer to the window and the light. As you approach it, you are feeling more peaceful and relaxed.
Step 5: Step out of the window into a light-filled tunnel. As you move forward, you will see the various possibilities available to you in the form of different versions of yourself.
Step 6: Examine each one of them closely and choose the one that coincides with your desire.
Step 7: Step into this body. See how it makes you feel. Do you feel happier and more confident? If you are not satisfied with this body, you can check others out.
Step 8: Once you have found the right one, turn your consciousness back to the current reality through the window.
Step 9: Take in the experience and see the world through new eyes and experience the world using your new body.
Step 10: Take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes. Now, you are living in your desired reality.
Is quantum jump dangerous?
As quantum jump fast-tracks the entire manifestation method, it can be hard for some people to take it in and deal with the sudden shift in reality. Unless you are mentally well-prepared for this, it can turn dangerous.
Some reasons why quantum leaping can be dangerous for some are:
- It may open up old wounds.
- You are unprepared for the new reality.
- Unless you root out negativity from your mind, quantum jumping can end up amplifying your insecurities and fears.
- If you approach quantum leap with unrealistic expectations, for wrong reasons, or out of desperation, it may end up in disappointment.
